Weekly Update Submissions

  • Thank you for submitting an item to the Weekly Update!

    We send the Weekly Update on Friday. The deadline for submissions for each is 5 p.m. on the Tuesday of that week. Items received after that will go in the following week’s update unless you make special arrangements with Communications. Many thanks, The Communications Department
    If you would like items to run for multiple weeks, please note that here. While we can schedule items a few weeks out, you may want to remind us when your item is coming up, just in case.
  • Please list date, start time, end time (if known), and location of event. If there's a link associated with the event, please paste it in the box.
  • Please include any other information and/or a description about your event here.
