Step 1: Request information
To learn about Williston’s academics, arts, athletics, and more, please fill out our inquiry form, and we will mail you a viewbook and get you into our system. Once you do this, you will receive instructions on how to create a username and password to access our Admission Portal, which will allow you to track your progress along the way.
Step 2: Interview
Please call (413) 529-3241 or email our admission team to schedule your interview. Williston will be offering both on campus and Zoom interviews this year. It is highly recommended and encouraged for prospective students and their families to visit campus. Our interview schedule is located on our Visit page.
It is Williston’s expectation that prospective students within two hours drive of campus visit in person barring any specific circumstances. At this time, nearly all of our available Zoom interview slots have been filled. To request an interview via Zoom, please contact the Admission office at (413) 529-3241 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Williston requires all visits to wear masks for the duration of your visit, both indoors and outdoors. Additionally, we require all visitors to provide proof of vaccination during their visit to campus. Please email your vaccination or testing information to email@example.com prior to your visit or be ready to show this document upon arrival to campus. For those who are not vaccinated or not fully vaccinated, a negative PCR test within 72 hours of visit to campus will be required. Williston will not be able to host any visitors on campus without a proof of vaccination or negative testing.
Step 3: Take the SSAT (Optional)
While Williston will not require applicants to submit standardized test scores when applying, students are welcome to submit a standardized test score or complete our supplemental question through the Standard Application Online to satisfy our testing requirement. We also recognize that standardized testing is a strength for some of our applicants – applicants are welcome to submit any scores and encouraged to submit educational testing as part of their application. For proper class placement purposes, we will still require students who do not identify English as their first language to submit results from the TOEFL or a similar English language proficiency test.
Step 4: Submit your application
You can apply to Williston using the Standard Application Online (SAO). Completed applications are due in the Admission Office by January 15.
All applicants to Williston are required to complete the following requirements as part of their application.
- Student essays
- Parental statement
- Application fee of $50 and $100 for international applicants
- Interview (off-campus interview with an admission representative available depending on geographic location)

Step 5: Revisit during admitted student program
Decision letters will be mailed from the Admission Office on March 10, with email notification being sent on the afternoon of March 10. Accepted students are invited to our Admitted Student Programs during March and April, with detail to be sent directly to admitted students and their families on March 10.
Step 6: Enroll!
Williston’s enrollment deadline is April 10. Decisions are made on a rolling admission basis for any student who finishes the application process after March 10. We encourage applicants who plan to apply after March 10 to call us directly at 413-529-3241 regarding the availability of spaces for the coming academic year.
