Major School Events
Welcome Days
Welcome Days open Williston’s new school year. They give you and your family the opportunity to spend time with dorm parents, teachers, coaches, and advisors, and to see our whole community in action. Ninth graders go on their own special overnight orientation. Parents will receive information about Welcome Days over the summer.
Family Weekend
Family Weekend is a two-day event featuring a slate of classroom visits, parent-teacher meetings, college counseling panels, fun events, and Wildcat games.
Middle School Open House
The Williston Middle School invites families to join a conversation with current faculty, students, and parents about the school community and the exceptional opportunities and educational experience Williston offers. Our evening program takes place at the Whitaker-Bement Center on the Williston Northampton School campus. Information about future open houses will be available in the Middle School area of the website.
Grandparents + Special Friends Day
Join us for a day in the life of your grandchild! Special elders visit classes, hear remarks from the Head of School, and pose for photos with your grandchild(ren).
Commencement
Commencement is an exciting time for graduating seniors and their families alike. The community gathers under the tent on the Quad for a memorable ceremony each May.
