Williston Students Net National Language Awards

The Language Department wishes to acknowledge the outstanding performance of French and Latin students who have distinguished themselves at the regional and national level in their respective national language exams.

French

In 2021, nearly 30,000 students nationwide participated in Le Grand Concours National French Contest. We will recognize those Middle and Upper School students who placed at the national level (some earning medals) and regional chapter level (for Western Massachusetts and Vermont).

LEVEL 01A (7th grade):

Latin

The following students are receiving awards in honor of their success on the 2021 National Latin Exam.  Eighty-eight thousand students from the U.S. and twenty countries took this exam.

In the Upper School, the following student earned a Certificate of Honorable Merit MAGNA CUM LAUDE on the Advanced Latin Reading Comprehension exam (level 5):
