IMPACT REPORT

Your generosity is transforming lives.

Celebrating a Year of Impact, Powered by You

Thank you to the alumni, families, faculty, staff, and friends who supported Williston Northampton School this year—whether by giving, volunteering, or attending one of our 43 events. Your dedication fuels our mission to inspire students to live with purpose, passion, and integrity.

In the year following the completion of Williston Builds—the most ambitious campaign in our school’s history—our community carried that momentum forward with remarkable generosity. Together, we raised more than $5.5 million from 2,225 donors, fueling excellence in academics, the arts, athletics, and student life. Because of your support, our students have access to opportunities that spark discovery, creativity, and growth. Every gift helps Williston build a future where each student can thrive.

This was also a year of milestones. We celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Northampton School for Girls, hosted our largest Reunion ever, and more than 3,000 alumni, families, and friends joined us at events across the globe.

This report honors the people and the impact behind these achievements. Thank you for championing Williston Northampton School’s mission.

  • Faculty Fellows program

Williston’s Faculty Fellows Program is an immersive initiative for recent college graduates eager to explore boarding school teaching. This program, which had been in development for several years, became a reality in 2024-25 when Williston hired three faculty fellows, thanks to $150,000 in initial seed funding from a small group of alumni. • The Grum Project: Investing in the Arts
