Bio:
The 2023-2024 school year will be my 30th year teaching/coaching/advising at Williston. In addition to teaching English and coaching the varsity baseball team, I am the 9th Grade Dean, run the 9th Grade Program with Allison Marsland, and head John Hazen White House, the 9th and 10th Grade Boys’ Dormitory on the Residential Quad. My wife, Sarah, established and runs Williston’s Writing Center and teaches in the English Department. Our son Will ’22 is a recent graduate, and our daughter Anna ’24 is a Williston senior, so it is definitely a family affair!

Fun fact:
I have been Williston’s Head Baseball Coach since the spring of 1995, so among those who currently coach at the school, I hold the longest streak of consecutive seasons coaching a varsity sport.
