Beginning in summer 2020, Williston Northampton School’s 12-member Anti-Racism Committee—made up of alumni, trustees, faculty, and members of the Heads Visiting Council—met frequently to compile the school’s five-year Strategic Plan for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
We are pleased to announce the publication of this six-point plan, which focuses on revamping administrative infrastructure, increasing faculty and student diversity, enhancing the student experience, augmenting employee training, seeking community involvement, and raising funds to support these efforts.
