Fun and fundamentals is what World Sports Camp is all about. Founded and operated by the Shand family, World Sports Camp has over a half century of experience working with athletes. Nike Swim Camp
August 8 – August 7
The Nike Swim Camp at the Williston Northampton School is designed to bring out the very best in every swimmer we coach. We accomplish this by providing ongoing constructive feedback during each pool session. Our ultimate goal is to help competitive swimmers improve their stroke technique and to gain confidence, in/and out of the pool, so they can compete at the next level.
This camp is open to any and all entrants. For your safety and benefit, we recommend you have competitive swimming experience (e.g. U.S.S. age group, national qualifiers, high school swimmers, or summer league swimmers) and can swim at least 50 meters in all four competitive strokes: fly, back, breast and freestyle.
College Application Boot Camp
The College Application Boot Camp is for rising high school seniors who are looking to take control of their senior year. This week-long program includes group instruction along with individualized help and strategy surrounding the upcoming college application and selection process. Students will build and finalize their college list; immerse themselves in the process of essay writing, completing drafts of personal (650 words) and supplemental (250 words) essays; complete the Common Application in its entirety; develop a meaningful activities and awards list for all applications; learn and practice Admissions interview techniques; lay out a final schedule for SAT/ACT testing and more. Join Mr. Charlie Lonergan, a private school college counselor, educator, and coach with nearly 20 years of experience, as you take the stress out of the process and embark upon a balanced and enjoyable senior year!
