Bio:
During my 11 years at Williston, I have taught all levels of chemistry, as well as AP Environmental Science, genetics, and Williston Scholars Science. I’ve served as an Academic Technology Specialist, Dorm Head of Conant House, the Williston Scholars Coordinator, the Head Track & Field coach, and am now the Dean of Faculty.
Education:
B.A., Middlebury College; M.A., Montana State University
Academic Interest:
I’m really interested in the intersection of genetics and history. Specifically, how genomics, climate, and archaeology combine to shape our understanding of early human populations, culture, language, and movement.
Fun fact:
Adding up my lifetime totals, I’ve nearly run all the way around the Earth.
