Bio:
Mrs. McDowell attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT, where she was a member of the Varsity Women’s Crew Team. She graduated with a B.A. in Art History. After working in Admissions at Trinity, she was thrilled to be hired at Williston in 2001. During her time, she has taught Global Studies, Geography, and Art History, and coached varsity and JV swimming, varsity and novice rowing, and varsity girl’s water polo. Mrs. McDowell lived in the dormitory for 15 years and now lives on campus with her husband and two children. After all these years, Mrs. McDowell is so happy to be a part of a close-knit community that cares so deeply for the well-being and success of each and every student at Williston.
Fun Fact:
I love to travel and have enjoyed visiting colleges as far away as California, Florida, Toronto, Nova Scotia, and Scotland!
