Bio:
I’m a Hudson Valley New York native, and I work as our Assistant Dean of Faculty for Inclusion & Belonging. I worked in our Admission Office for the last 5 years before moving to the Dean of Student’s office full time in the summer of 2026. Before Williston, I worked at Archbishop Stepinac High School (White Plains, NY) where I taught Anatomy, Exercise Science, and Business Leadership while also coaching with the Football Team. Prior to Stepinac, I coached football at Amherst College (Amherst, MA) and St. Lawrence University (Canton, NY). I was also a 4-year starting Linebacker for the St. Lawrence Saints Football team from 2013-2016. I live in our Memorial West Dormitory as the Dorm Head with my wife, son, and dog.
Education:
B.A., Communication Arts, and M.A., Educational Leadership, St. Lawrence University. While at St. Lawrence, I served as the President of Men In Color, a group of men of all different racial and social economic backgrounds working to create a safe space to talk about living in a world where race matters.
Professional Interests:
I love to learn about and teach our students DEIB programming and initiatives; I’m an annual attendant at the People of Color Conference for Professional Development; I’m an Annual Representative at the Community Day Admission Fair in Lawrence, Massachusetts; and I’m a football and basketball fan and coach. Knicks in 5, the Jets will be great at one point in my life!
Fun fact:
I am Jamaican and Puerto Rican! I also coached against my brother in a collegiate football game. He was playing for Hamilton when I was coaching for Amherst.
