Celebrating the
Class of 2020

Though in-person activities and ceremonies scheduled for seniors this spring have been cancelled due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions, Williston is fully committed to celebrating the amazing class of 2020. Please see below for more information.

International viewers, download the video here.

May 23: A Virtual Celebration

On May 23 at 9:30 a.m., Williston will air a virtual ceremony for seniors and their families filmed in the Phillips Stevens Chapel. This does not replace an in-person celebration at a later date, but is a chance for us to celebrate the occasion, and present senior accolades, including Cum Laude induction and senior prizes. You can watch the video here on this page.

Future On-Campus Commencement

We have already started on planning an in-person, on-campus celebration for seniors and their families, based on surveying the senior class about their wishes for that gathering. Though we don’t have a definite date yet, we will continue to monitor the status of the virus, and as soon as we have a firm sense of when it will be safe to gather, we will send you more details and confirm the date. We cannot wait to see you back on the Quad!

Wildcat Achievers

Williston bestowed Athletic Awards to those players who embody a drive to be better, and a commitment to sportsmanship, in this virtual ceremony.

Class of 2020 tribute on Wake Up, Williston!

Eric and Jason Albanese host the last episode of Wake Up, Williston!. Both six year seniors, Eric and Jason take everything we know about Wake Up, Williston! and turn it on its head. There is an instrumental performance, an act of heroic altruism by Mr. Gunn, solo performances from senior cast members of Les Mis, and a Top 10 that may make you reach for the tissues.

Lawn Signs

A few families have asked about “congratulations” lawn signs for students, and we are happy to offer a few fun Williston designs!
