Health forms were due August 1. You can still find the forms online. If your child's physical was scheduled for after August 1, you should send the school the results of his or her last exam. Answers to many of questions concerning health forms can be found in the FAQ section of Health Services.
Please update your family contact information with the telephone numbers and email addresses you prefer in WillyNet as soon as possible. Login to WillyNet, go under My Account, and click on My Family Profile.
Book Purchases
The booklist is currently available on WillyNet. Please remember that books should be purchased through the school's online vendor or one of your choice and may be shipped to the school (to 40 Park Street, Easthampton, MA 01027) in your student's name. Books will be held at the campus store for pick-up and will be available at Registration. Please note that books should arrive at the school by September 10, so don't delay in ordering them in advance. If you have any questions, please call Jane Hannigan in the Campus Store at (413) 529-3240.
The list of Middle School supplies is available under Middle School Forms and Documents. (You must be logged in to see under the Middle School heading on the school's homepage).
If you have any questions about the list, please contact the Dean of Students Office. Please note that as in years past advisor assignments will be available at Registration in September.
Activity sign-ups are now in progress. If you'd like to organize music lessons for your student, please use the online form. You can review Afternoon Program opportunities, and if you have any questions, please contact the Athletic Department.
Permission forms for both boarding and day students are available online. We ask that you take a moment to complete the forms. By doing this over the summer, you'll help make Registration in September even faster.
Tuition statements also are available online, through WillyNet. To review your information, please click on My Grades and Statements, under My Account. Just click on "Billing" to see your statement. If you have any questions, please contact the Business Office. You also can read the letter sent by the school's controller, along with the Helpful Information sheet, in early July.
