The Admission Office at the Williston Northampton School is open Monday through Friday and on class Saturdays. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call the office at (413) 529-3241 to schedule your appointment. Directions and lodging information are available online.

Middle School Tour and Interview Times

Grades 7 & 8

Middle School candidates are asked to attend a day of classes as part of their admission visit, which also includes a tour and an interview. Since the Middle School does not have classes on Saturdays, there are no appointments available on that day.

8:30 a.m.: Come to Admission Office—Full Tour, Interview, then classes

12:30 p.m.: Come to Middle School at 8:20 a.m.—Classes at 8:20 a.m. then full tour and Interview after lunch at 12:30 p.m.

2:40 p.m.: Pick-up at the Admission Office

Mondays, Tuesdays (Blue), and Thursdays:

Summer Appointments

During the summer, the Admission Office is open Monday through Friday. Appointments are available at 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m. Please call (413) 529-3241 for availability.

If you are unable to visit Williston, a telephone interview or interview with a traveling admission representative may be arranged by calling the Admission Office. All required application materials must be received by the school prior to scheduling a telephone or alumni/ae interview.
