Reed Campus Center
In 1996, the former gymnasium, originally built in 1924, was transformed into the Reed Campus Center. Reed is the social hub of campus, a place where you can finish an art project, meet with friends in the Student Center, rehearse for a dance concert in the dance studio, or develop pictures in the newly renovated Photography Lab. The lab is fully equipped with 14 Macs with Photoshop CS3 and Final Cut Express. Digital video cameras and digital SLR cameras are available for loan. The center has wireless access and a "Technology Drop-in" center where students are able to check email, print papers, and work at six available computer stations. Fine arts and history classrooms are also located here, as are the campus store, Grubbs Gallery, and the Student Activities Office, making it a vital center of campus life. In the basement there are practice studios available for music.

The Williston Theatre
Completely rebuilt in 1994, the Williston Theatre is a state-of-the-art, 288-seat performance space. Among the improvements is the new theater's flexibility; the seating and stage areas can be moved to create a traditional theater with stage, a thrust-stage, or a theater-in-the-round. The theater also boasts a fly system, high-tech computerized lighting system, upgraded sound system, and an attached scene shop directly behind the stage. Downstairs are the new theater studio (rehearsal space), costume shop, and dressing rooms. The theater is also air-conditioned, which is especially appreciated during Williston's Summer Theatre program.

For each production, students are involved in everything from being on the set and lighting crew to sewing costumes, working the box office, and acting onstage. The space is also used for performances by the Dance Ensemble and the annual Middle School play.
