Take Route I-91 South to Route I-84:

Exit 43 (Park Road). Right at bottom of the ramp. Left immediately at traffic light onto Trout Brook Drive. Follow Trout Brook Drive. School is on the right.

(to fieldhouse and squash courts) Exit 43 (Park Road). Right at bottom of the ramp. Left immediately at traffic light onto Trout Brook Drive. Follow Trout Brook Drive to light and take right on Farmington Ave. After 3/4 mile take a left onto South Highland. The fieldhouse is ahead on the right..

(to cross country course - From I-84 west take the PARK ROAD exit, EXIT 43, toward W. HARTFORD CENTER. 0.5
mi., Turn LEFT onto PARK RD. 0.4 mi., PARK RD becomes SEDGWICK RD. 1.1 mi., SEDGWICK RD becomes MOUNTAIN RD. 0.4 mi., Turn LEFT onto FARMINGTON AVE. 1.0 mi., 1420 FARMINGTON AVE. There is a sign for Metropolitan Commission.

(To St. Joseph's College for track & field continue on Trout Brook to Asylum Ave., go right, college is on the left.)


To The Hartford Magnet Middle School (for swimming) It is part of the Learning Corridor in Hartford (right next to Trinity).
 
From the north (Springfield, Bradley Airport, etc.):

* Take I-91 south to I-84 west.

* On I-84 west, keep to the right once your reach Hartford and travel

through a short tunnel.

* After tunnel, take Exit 48, Asylum Avenue.

* At end of exit, turn right onto Asylum Avenue.

* Immediately at the first light, take a left onto Broad Street. (This

intersection is unusual as Asylum forks into Asylum Ave. toward the right

and Farmington Ave toward the left and the fork itself is crossed by Broad

Street.)

* Follow Broad Street for about 1 mile: you will cross Capitol Ave. and

Park Ave.

* Just as you reach the playing fields of Trinity College (behind a fence

on your right), take a left at a light on to Vernon Street.

* The pool is half way down the street on your right.

When leaving campus: To get back to both I-84 and I-91, take a left onto Brownwell Avenue and turn left onto Washington Street. When you reach the intersection with Capitol Avenue (Lafayette's horse will be on your left, the Capitol will be straight ahead), turn left, following the signs for I-84. Staying in the right lane, follow Capitol Ave. The entrance ramp for I-84 west is on the right. Proceed a little further and turn right onto Broad Street to reach the entrance ramp for I-84 east, which leads to I-91 north and south.
