Fine and Performing Arts at Williston
Experience in the arts provides a meaningful, constructive connection to one's own creativity, to other cultures, and to the history of the world. At Williston, we strive to instill a respect for and an enduring interest in the arts through knowledge and experience; to stimulate each student's awareness of his or her creative potential; and to equip students with the skills and discipline necessary for pursuing one or more of the fine or performing arts.
Each member of the faculty is actively involved professionally as dancers, painters, actors, musicians, and photographers who have chosen to inspire young people with their creativity and enthusiasm. The arts and performance facilities are outstanding and include six lofty studios for painting and drawing, a state-of-the-art theater, an air- conditioned dance studio, a photography lab, a gallery and more.
