Williston Northampton School’s Director of Alumni Engagement
Dear Williston Northampton School alumni,
I’m pleased to announce that Stephen Hoyt, Williston Northampton class of 1995, has joined the school as our new Director of Alumni Engagement.
Steve is already well-known to many in the campus community – he is an active and dedicated alumni volunteer who has served as a member of our Head’s Visiting Council since 2018. He is also the parent of two current 10th grade students at Williston. While a student here, Steve played on the basketball and lacrosse teams and sang with the Caterwaulers. He went on to earn his B.A. from Union College and his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
As Williston’s Director of Alumni Engagement, Steve will develop and shape strategic activities valued by our alumni, inspire loyalty and financial support, and involve alumni in meaningful activities to advance the school’s mission.
Steve brings considerable experience in business development to his new role, with nearly two decades working in sales, marketing/communications, education, and other various capacities within A.W. Hastings, a family business and sole distributor for Marvin Windows and Doors in New England and Eastern New York. The business was sold in 2019 and Steve is excited to be back and part of our campus community.
